Vacation Style

The first floor has a truly spectacular great room with expansive windows, a vaulted ceiling and an open stairway to the loft portion of the second floor. This home features a first floor master bedroom with a private bath, first floor laundry and an efficient kitchen with a center island. The second floor has two additional bedrooms. These bedrooms had large closets and bedroom #2 has a private entry into the shared full bath. The lower level is unfinished, but a suggested layout includes a family room and other attractive elements. The Saybrook is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with extensive possibilities to meet your family's individual needs.

Contemporary
